Who we are
A warm, small-group preschool in the heart of FiDi
Barclay Preschool is a private early childhood program located on Barclay Street in the Financial District of Downtown Manhattan. We are approved by the Department of Education and committed to the highest standards of care, safety and early learning.
We intentionally keep our groups small. With fewer children in each class, our teachers have the time to truly know every child: how they learn, what makes them curious and what helps them feel safe and confident. Children form close friendships, families feel at home, and every day feels like a community.
Our classrooms are calm, bright and full of natural materials, thoughtfully designed for children to build, imagine, create and explore.
